Privacy Policy

Pevitz ("we", "us") operates content-production tools, including the TikTok Factory application. This policy describes what user data the application collects and how it is used.

Data We Collect

• TikTok OAuth Tokens: When you connect your TikTok account, the application stores an access token, refresh token, and your TikTok Open ID. These are stored in our private database and are used solely to upload video drafts to your TikTok Inbox on your behalf.
• Content Metadata: Topic, script, voice selection, and asset URLs for each video job you initiate. Stored locally to provide production history and debugging.
• We do NOT collect: your TikTok password, your follower list, your analytics, your private messages, or any data beyond what is needed to upload video drafts.

How We Use Your Data

Your credentials and job data are used exclusively to:

• Authenticate with the TikTok Content Posting API
• Upload completed video files to your TikTok Inbox as drafts
• Track job status so failed renders can be re-run

We do not share your data with third parties, use your data for advertising, train AI models on your data, or publish content without your explicit manual approval. All videos are uploaded as drafts; the creator retains full editorial control over what is published.

Data Retention

• OAuth tokens are retained until you disconnect your account.
• Rendered video files are retained for 14 days, then auto-deleted.
• Job metadata is retained indefinitely and may be purged on request.

Third-Party Services

The application uses the following services. Each has its own privacy policy:

• TikTok Content Posting API — for video upload
• OpenRouter — for script generation via language models
• Pexels — for licensed stock footage
• ElevenLabs — for text-to-speech narration
• Cloudflare R2 — for short-term video hosting

Your Rights

You can at any time:

• Revoke TikTok access via your TikTok account settings
• Request deletion of your data by emailing hello@pevitz.com
• Request an export of your data

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be notified to connected accounts via Telegram notification or email.
